Review: Maybelline Expert Eyes Moisturizing Eye Makeup Remover

I recently ran out of one of my favorite eye makeup removers (the dual phase Philosophy "Just Release Me") and decided to branch out and try a different remover, the justification being that this one was pretty cheap (about five dollars), so even if I didn't like it, it wouldn't set me back too far.

The Maybelline Expert Eyes Moisturizing Eye Makeup Remover is supposed to be a remover for waterproof makeup with a "moisturizing formula [which is] tough on stubborn makeup but ultra gentle on eyes."

Let's test that, shall we?

Spring-Friendly Fragrance

If there's one thing I love, it's perfume. And if there's one perfume I love, it's this one. I always generally am drawn to floral scents (I attest it to being a fairy/bumblebee in a past life), and sometimes I just cave into that natural instinct and buy what could probably be a crazy grandma floral.

My Top 6 Lip Balms

I am somewhat of a lip balm fiend. It's a mixture of having both incredibly chapped lips and an interest in things that smell good (which, if you happen to notice, all of these do). Now, being obsessed with lip balms as I am, I have gone through quite a few of them in my time (*scoffs at all those tumblr posts complaining about never finishing a chapstick... amateurs*). My Four Product Face for School

As much as I love putting on and wearing makeup, when you wake up ridiculously early for school, sometimes it's just too hard. Just for a little scale here, my alarm goes off at  5:45 for school. I have to leave my house by about 6:35. Not exactly the time for a full face of makeup. Ha. Well. I've gotten my makeup routine down to a T. Four products applied in about 5 minutes and I'm looking fresh all day. Well, as fresh as I can get that early in the morning.

There's just something that I love about taking off my makeup. It's just so relaxing. Don't get me wrong, I adore wearing makeup, but it always makes me feel so good when I take it off at the end of the day (or, in most cases, right when I get home from school/rehearsal and put my pajamas on). That being said, I always try to have the most relaxing way get it off at the end of the day, and I've heard a lot of hype about this oil, so I decided to give it a try.
